Provision of copies of communications. Each Borrower shall provide the Security Agent, at the time of each such communication, with copies of all written communications between that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and: (a) the Approved Brokers; (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that Borrower's obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Borrower and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) above relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances. 120 ‌ EUROPE/73091764v9
