Common use of Provision of Professional Services Clause in Contracts

Provision of Professional Services. CONTRACTOR hereby agrees to provide the services described in Exhibit A – Scope of Services, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full. In providing such services, CONTRACTOR agrees to fully cooperate with the DHHS – Behavioral Health Director, or a designee thereof, hereinafter referred to as “Director.”
