License to Use Deliverables Sample Clauses
The "License to Use Deliverables" clause grants the client or recipient the legal right to use the products, materials, or work outputs provided by the service provider under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of permitted use, such as whether the license is exclusive or non-exclusive, and may specify limitations like geographic area, duration, or restrictions on modification and distribution. Its core practical function is to clearly define the rights and boundaries regarding the use of deliverables, preventing misunderstandings and ensuring both parties know how the deliverables can be utilized.
