Common use of Provision of Professional Services Clause in Contracts

Provision of Professional Services. Customer and Reseller may enter into one or more SOWs in an Ordering Document which may incorporate one or more Service Descriptions for the provision of Professional Services by ServiceNow. ServiceNow will perform the Professional Services, subject to the fulfillment of any Customer responsibilities and payments due, as stated in the Ordering Document.
