Common use of Provision of Shared Services Clause in Contracts

Provision of Shared Services. SG Holdings may provide SG DevCo with certain general and administrative services necessary or useful for the conduct of its business, including but not limited to the services identified on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Shared Services”), all of which are currently being provided by SG Holdings to SG DevCo.
