PROVISION OF THE AMENDMENT. The provisions of the Agreement, its Exhibits, its Letter Agreement shall apply to the sale and delivery of the Aircraft herein defined except insofar as they may be expressly modified by the provisions of this Amendment. The Agreement shall be deemed amended and supplemented to the extent herein provided and as so amended and supplemented shall remain in full force and effect.
