Common use of Provisional Interconnection Service Clause in Contracts

Provisional Interconnection Service. Upon the request of Interconnection Customer, and prior to completion of requisite Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, Distribution Upgrades, or System Protection Facilities, System Operator and the Interconnecting Transmission Owner may execute a Provisional Large Generator Interconnection Agreement or Interconnection Customer may request the filing of an unexecuted Provisional Large Generator Interconnection Agreement with the Interconnection Customer for Provisional Interconnection Service at the discretion of System Operator and Interconnecting Transmission Owner based upon an evaluation that will consider the results of available studies.
