Provisioning and Support. Spectra agrees to provide UNEs in a timely, nondiscriminatory manner considering the need and volume of requests, in accordance with applicable requirements and agreed upon service provisioning intervals. Spectra shall provide power to such UNEs on the same basis as Spectra provides to itself or to any other parties.
