Provisioning of Interconnection Facilities. 3.1 The Parties shall mutually agree on the type of facilities to be utilized for interconnecting their networks at the IP. 3.2 Unless mutually agreed to by both Parties, each Party will outpulse ten (10) digits to the other Party. 3.3 Each Party will use commercially reasonable efforts to monitor the traffic exchanged by the Parties over the interconnection facilities and to augment those facilities using generally accepted engineering standards.
