Common use of Provisioning of Network Elements Clause in Contracts

Provisioning of Network Elements. 9.5.1 CBT shall provide Sprint unbundled Network Elements as set forth on Schedule 9.5.2 CBT shall provide Sprint access to CBT's pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing functions that relate to the Network Elements that Sprint purchases hereunder.
