Common use of Provisions Operative Between Lenders and Agent Only Clause in Contracts

Provisions Operative Between Lenders and Agent Only. Except for the provisions of Sections 10.7(b), 10.7(e), 10.9(b), 10.9(f), 10.10, 10.11, 10.12, 10.13, 10.14 and 10.15, the provisions of this Article relating to the rights and obligations of the Lenders and the Agent inter se shall be operative as between the Lenders and the Agent only, and the Obligors shall not have any rights or obligations under or be entitled to rely for any purpose on such provisions.

Provisions Operative Between Lenders and Agent Only. Except for the provisions of Sections 10.7(b9.7(2), 10.7(e9.7(5), 10.9(b9.8, 9.10(2), 10.9(f9.10(6), 10.109.11, 10.119.12, 10.129.13, 10.13, 10.14 9.14 and 10.159.15, the provisions of this Article relating to the rights and obligations of the Lenders and the Agent inter se shall be operative as between the Lenders and the Agent only, and the Obligors shall not have any rights or obligations under or be entitled to rely for any purpose on such provisions.

Provisions Operative Between Lenders and Agent Only. Except for the provisions of Sections 10.7(b), 10.7(e), 10.9(b), 10.9(f), 10.10, 10.11, 10.12, 10.13, 10.14 10.14, 10.15 and 10.1510.16, the provisions of this Article relating to the rights and obligations of the Lenders and the Agent inter se shall be operative as between the Lenders and the Agent only, and the Obligors shall not have any rights or obligations under or be entitled to rely for any purpose on such provisions.

Except for the provisions of Sections 10.7(b)9.2.6, 10.7(e)9.2.7, 10.9(b)9.3.1, 10.9(f), 10.10, 10.11, 10.12, 10.13, 10.14 9.3.3 and 10.15this Section 9.5, the provisions of this Article relating to the rights and obligations of the Lenders and the Agent inter se shall be operative as between the Lenders and the Agent only, and the Obligors shall not have any rights or obligations under or be entitled to rely for any purpose on such provisions.

Except for the provisions of Sections 10.7(b8.6(8), 10.7(e8.7, 8.8(2), 10.9(b8.8(6), 10.9(f)8.10, 10.108.11, 10.11, 10.12, 10.13, 10.14 8.12 and 10.15this Section 8.15, the provisions of this Article relating to the rights and obligations of the Lenders and the Agent inter se shall be operative as between the Lenders and the Agent only, and the Obligors shall not have any rights or obligations under or be entitled to rely for any purpose on such those provisions.

Except for the provisions of Sections 10.7(b)8.7.2, 10.7(e)8.7.3, 10.9(b)8.7.5, 10.9(f)8.7.6, 10.108.9.2, 10.118.9.6, 10.128.10, 10.13, 10.14 8.11 and 10.158.13, the provisions of this Article relating to the rights and obligations of the Lenders and the Agent inter se shall be operative as between the Lenders and the Agent only, and the Obligors Borrower shall not have any rights or obligations under or be entitled to rely for any purpose on upon such provisions.

Except for the provisions of Sections 10.7(b9.9(d), 10.7(e9.11(b), 10.9(b9.11(e), 10.9(f9.11(f), 10.109.13, 10.11, 10.12, 10.13, 10.14 9.14 and 10.159.15, the provisions of this Article relating to the rights and obligations of the Lenders and the Agent inter se shall be operative as between the Lenders and the Agent only, and none of the Obligors Borrowers, the Restricted Parties or any of their respective Subsidiaries shall not have any rights or obligations under or be entitled to rely for any purpose on upon such provisions.
