Pruning Clause Samples
The Pruning clause defines the rights and responsibilities related to the trimming, cutting, or removal of trees, shrubs, or other vegetation on a property. Typically, it specifies who is authorized to perform pruning, under what circumstances it may occur, and any requirements for notice or approval. For example, it may allow a landlord to prune overgrown branches that threaten property safety or require a tenant to maintain landscaping to a certain standard. The core function of this clause is to ensure proper maintenance of vegetation, prevent property damage, and clarify obligations to avoid disputes over landscaping issues.
