Common use of Public Address System Clause in Contracts

Public Address System. Notwithstanding anything herein contained or implied to the contrary, the Landlord and/or the Manager may provide and install a public address system throughout the common areas of the Development and may play, relay or broadcast or permit any person to play, relay or broadcast recorded music or public announcement therein.
