Common use of Public Areas Clause in Contracts

Public Areas. Subject to all applicable County ordinances, rules, regulations, and policies governing the use of the Airport, County grants to Concessionaire the nonexclusive right to use, in common with others and all Airport Customers, certain areas of the Airport designated by County to be public or common use areas, including, but not limited to, the Common Concessionaire Area and any and all walkways, streets, roadways, waiting rooms, hallways, restrooms, and other passenger conveniences ("Public Areas"). Such Public Areas may only be used for the purposes for which the Public Areas were designed. Concessionaire's rights under this section shall include the right of ingress and egress to and from the Premises. County reserves the right to modify the Public Areas at any time and in any way it deems appropriate including, but not limited to, reconfiguration of the Public Areas, expansion or contraction of the Public Areas, or changing access points to and from the Public Areas.

Such Public Areas may only be used ) for Concessionaire's employees, customers, contractors, agents, invitees and suppliers for the purposes uses for which the those Public Areas were designed.
