Public Document. The parties agree that this Agreement is a public document and that the Board of Regents may release copies of this Agreement to persons requesting the same.

Public Document. The parties agree that this Agreement shall be made available to the public by either party upon request to that party by any member of the public. The Administrative Authority shall post this Agreement on its website within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this Agreement and thirty (30) days of execution of any amendments thereafter.

Public Document. This Agreement is a public document. It, and any attachments, appendices, addendums and/or modifications, will be posted on the publicly assessable Army Fraud Fighter’s Website.2

Public Document. Tenant is a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of California. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that this Lease is subject to public disclosure as specified by California Government Code § 6250 et seq. and is a "public record" within the meaning of California Government Code§ 6252(e).

To the extent that any of the requested information is claimed by TII or THP as being subject to the criteria of FOIA Exemption 4, the FHWA will notify TII and THP in accordance with 49 C.F.R. Part 7 that a request has been received and will identify the records in its possession that are responsive to the request. TII and THP will have the opportunity to object to the release of the information under 49 C.F.R. § 7.29.
