Common use of Public/Private time Clause in Contracts

Public/Private time. i. Saturdays : 08h00 – 13h00. Estate to be vacated by 13h30 (by prior arrangement with BC only. Quiet work only and the contractor should be in possession of written approval) ii. Sundays : No work permitted. iii. Public Holidays : No work permitted (by prior arrangement with BC only) iv. No work will be permitted during the December Builder’s Holidays. These dates will be advised at the discretion of the Vulintaba HOA.
