Public Relations Firm. The Company shall, unless the Representatives agree otherwise, retain a public relations firm reasonably acceptable to the Representatives for a period of three years from the Effective Date. The Company shall promptly release and distribute disclosure of all material information, financial or otherwise, concerning its affairs in accordance with applicable law and the disclosure policies of the AMEX.
