Public Report Clause Samples
Public Report. Subdivider has applied for a California Department of Real Estate Public Report (“Public Report”) covering the Subdivision. Prior to obtaining the Public Report, the Subdivider is required pursuant to the provisions of Section 2792.9 of Chapter 6, Title 10, California Code of Regulations to make and retain in full force and effect arrangements securing Subdivider’s obligations as an owner of separate interests covered by the public report to pay regular and special assessments.
Public Report. Developer has applied for a California Department of Real Estate Public Report (“Public Report”) covering the Time-Share Plan. Prior to obtaining the Public Report, the Developer is required pursuant to the provisions of Section 11241 of the B&P Code to make and retain in full force and effect arrangements to secure the prompt and faithful performance of Developer’s obligation to Association under Part One Paragraph 3 of this Agreement.
Public Report. Grantees will be required to prominently post specific information about establishment grants on their respective Internet websites to ensure that the public has information on the use of funds. More details will be outlined in the Notice of Grant Award.
Public Report. The Grantee is required to prominently post specific information about the Exchange grants/cooperative agreements on its Internet websites to ensure that the public has information on the use of funds.
Public Report. Recipients must agree to prominently post specific information about Exchange Establishment Cooperative Agreements on their respective Internet websites to ensure that the public has information on the use of funds. More details will be outlined in the NoA.
Public Report. Environment Canada will publish on its website (▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇.▇▇/▇▇▇-▇▇▇) progress reports based on reports received under this Agreement. Progress reports will be reviewed by all Parties before publication and will be considered confidential until final approval by all Parties.
Public Report. The developer shall give a prospective purchaser a copy of the public report and an opportunity to read and review it before the prospective purchaser signs this document.
Public Report. MKHD has filed with the SEC all forms, reports, schedules, statements and other documents required to be filed by MKHD with the SEC as of the Closing Date.
Public Report. A copy of this Agreement and Environment Canada’s progress reports will be made available on Environment Canada’s web site.
Public Report. DEAC has timely filed with the SEC all forms, reports, schedules, statements and other documents required to be filed by DEAC with the SEC, except for Form 10-K for period ending December 31, 2015, and Form 10-Q for period ending March, 2016, which are delinquent as of the First Closing Date.
