PUBLIC TRANSPARENCY Sample Clauses

The PUBLIC TRANSPARENCY clause requires that certain information or actions related to the agreement be made openly available to the public. In practice, this may involve publishing reports, disclosing contract terms, or providing updates on project progress through accessible channels such as websites or public records. The core function of this clause is to promote accountability and trust by ensuring stakeholders and the general public have access to relevant information, thereby reducing the risk of undisclosed activities or misunderstandings.
PUBLIC TRANSPARENCY. Within ninety days of the Effective Date and for the duration of the Agreement, NJDOC will engage with the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Board of Trustees to identify goals, concerns, and recommendations regarding implementation of this Agreement. NJDOC shall conduct periodic, but at least semi-annual, public meetings with stakeholders, including former ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ prisoners, prisoner advocates, and family members of current ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ prisoners. The meetings shall serve to provide stakeholders and the public with an update on events, accomplishments, and setbacks during the previous period, and to respond to stakeholders’ questions and requests for information related to ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇. Stakeholders also will be afforded the opportunity to ask questions and make proposals. Additionally, NJDOC and ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ shall conduct periodic, but at least semi-annual, meetings with available ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ staff to gather feedback from staff on events, accomplishments, and setbacks during the previous period. Nothing in this Paragraph is intended to create any enforcement rights or standing other than those of the Parties under this Agreement.
PUBLIC TRANSPARENCY. Medtronic will comply with all applicable laws, regulations and applicable government or industry guidelines (“Transparency Requirements”) with regard to transparency of payments to healthcare professionals. The Medical Center / Investigator therefore agree that Medtronic may disclose all information relating to this Agreement to the extent required under the applicable Transparency Requirements.   • Transparency On request, the data exporter shall make a copy of these Clauses, including the Appendix as completed by the Parties, available to the data subject free of charge. To the extent necessary to protect business secrets or other confidential information, including the measures described in Annex II and personal data, the data exporter may redact part of the text of the Appendix to these Clauses prior to sharing a copy, but shall provide a meaningful summary where the data subject would otherwise not be able to understand the its content or exercise his/her rights. On request, the Parties shall provide the data subject with the reasons for the redactions, to the extent possible without revealing the redacted information. This Clause is without prejudice to the obligations of the data exporter under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

  • Electronic Transactions The parties hereto agree that the transactions described herein may be conducted and related documents may be stored by electronic means. Copies, telecopies, facsimiles, electronic files and other reproductions of original executed documents shall be deemed to be authentic and valid counterparts of such original documents for all purposes, including the filing of any claim, action or suit in the appropriate court of law.
