Common use of Publicity and Transparency Clause in Contracts

Publicity and Transparency. Subject to Section 2.8, MCA-Lesotho II shall give appropriate publicity to the Compact as a program to which the United States, through MCC, has contributed, including by identifying Program Activity sites, and marking Program Assets, all in accordance with the Standards for Global Marking. Upon the termination or expiration of the Compact, the Government, upon MCC’s request, shall cause the removal of any such references and markings on the website operated by MCA-Lesotho II (the “MCA-Lesotho II Website”) or in any Government or MCA-Lesotho II publicity materials.

Upon the termination or expiration of the Compact, the Government, upon MCC’s request, shall cause the removal of any such references and markings on the website operated by MCA-Lesotho Senegal II (the “MCA-Lesotho Senegal II Website”) or in any Government or MCA-Lesotho Senegal II publicity materials.
