Common use of Pumping Clause in Contracts

Pumping. The cargo shall be pumped into the vessel at the expense of the Supplier. All overtime of officers and crew incurred in loading shall be for account of the vessel.

Pumping. The cargo shall be pumped into out of the vessel at the expense of the Suppliervessel. All overtime of officers and crew incurred in loading discharging shall be for account of the vessel.
