Common use of Purchase and Sale Termination Date Clause in Contracts

Purchase and Sale Termination Date. The “Purchase and Sale Termination Date” shall be the earliest to occur of (a) the date the Purchase Facility is terminated pursuant to Section 8.2 and (b) the Payment Date immediately following the day on which the Originators shall have given written notice to the Company, the Administrator and each Purchaser Agent at or prior to 10:00 a.m. (New York City time) that the Originators desire to terminate this Agreement.

Purchase and Sale Termination Date.
