Common use of Purchase Commitments Clause in Contracts

Purchase Commitments. Seller has no purchase commitments for inventory items or supplies that, together with amounts on hand, constitute in excess of 3 months normal usage, or which are at an excessive price.

Purchase Commitments. Except as set forth on SCHEDULE 4.16(C), Seller has no purchase commitments for inventory items or supplies that, together with amounts on hand, constitute in excess of 3 6 months normal usage, or which are at an excessive priceusage and exceeds $100,000 in the aggregate.
