Common use of Purchase Limit Clause in Contracts

Purchase Limit. The obligation of GI to purchase the Purchased Stock [or X% of the Purchased Stock if the Put Option is being granted only with respect to a portion of the Purchased Stock purchased by such Investor], when aggregated with the shares of capital stock that GI is or may be obligated to purchase from other investors who have purchased the capital stock of MetaMorphix, shall be limited to Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) in the aggregate.
