Common use of Purchase of Software Clause in Contracts

Purchase of Software. All references in this Agreement to the “purchase” or “sale” of Software shall mean the acquiring or granting, respectively, of a license to use the Software, and to exercise any other rights pertaining to such Software which are expressly set forth herein.
