Purchase or Establishment of New Unit or Location. In the event that, after the Effective Date, Hill-Rom purchases or establishes a new business unit or location related to the furnishing of items or services that may be reimbursed by Federal health care programs, Hill-Rom shall notify OIG no later than 30 days prior to such purchase or the operation of the new business unit or location. This notification shall include the address of the new business unit or location, phone number, fax number, the location’s Medicare and state Medicaid program provider number and/or supplier number(s); and the name and address of each Medicare and state Medicaid program contractor to which Hill-Rom currently submits claims. Each new business unit or location and all Covered Persons at each new business unit or location shall be subject to the applicable requirements of this CIA.
