Purchased Hardware Support. Pilot will provide ongoing support, including but not limited to manufacturer-recommended software and security updates, installation support, troubleshooting, replacement of Hardware under warranty, remote provisioning for use with related Pilot Service, and escalation of reported bugs and feature requests to the OEM, for Purchased Hardware for the full duration of the Purchased Hardware warranty period or until the Customer’s Pilot Services related to the Purchased Hardware are cancelled, whichever is longer.
