Common use of Purchasing Entity’s Remedies Clause in Contracts

Purchasing Entity’s Remedies. i. If Contractor is in breach under any provision of an Order by a Purchasing Entity, the Purchasing Entity shall have all of the remedies listed in that Order, all remedies listed in this Participating Addendum, and all other remedies available by law or equity. The Purchasing Entity may exercise any or all of the remedies available to it, in its discretion, concurrently or consecutively.
