Purchasing Utilities. Tenant shall purchase all utility services from the utility or municipality providing such service; shall provide for scavenger, cleaning and extermination services; and shall pay for such services when payments are due. Tenant shall be solely responsible for the repair and maintenance of any meters necessary in connection with such services.
