Purpose and Business Scope. 3.1 The business scope of the Company is to provide safety testing and certification services, management system registration services, commercial inspection and testing service, EMC and telecom testing services for products distributed in Chinese and international markets (the “Business Scope”). 3.2 The purpose of the Company is to effectively respond to Chinese clients’ requests for the Services and to minimize their costs and burdens when requesting such Services for products intended for distribution internationally or within the PRC. In pursuing this purpose, the Parties desire to strengthen technical cooperation. To increase its efficiency, the Company shall adopt efficient management methods and combine the strength of both Parties. The Company shall attempt to generate satisfactory economic benefits and profits for both Parties.
