Common use of Purpose and Goal Clause in Contracts

Purpose and Goal. The purpose of this program is to offset the power peaking and reservoir operational impacts of the Cabinet Gorge and Noxon Rapids Projects to native salmonid species (i.e. bull trout, westslope cutthroat trout, and mountain whitefish) and recreational fisheries, through watershed restoration and enhancement and recreational fishery monitoring and management support.
