Common use of Purpose and Membership Clause in Contracts

Purpose and Membership. A Management Committee consisting of up to two representatives from Grant Auto (each, an "Grant Auto Representative") and up to two representatives from Grant Brothers (each a "Grant Brothers Representative") shall be established for the purpose of overseeing the operation of the Business during the term of this Agreement. A party may change its representatives from time to time by delivering a notice to this effect to the other party.
