Purpose of Lease. The County covenants that during the term of this Lease, except as hereinafter provided, (a) it will use, or cause the use of, the Leased Facilities for public purposes, (b) it will not vacate or abandon the Leased Facilities or any part thereof, and (c) it will not make any use of the Leased Facilities that would jeopardize in any way the insurance coverage required to be maintained pursuant to Article V hereof.‌
