Adjacent Properties. RENTER, his/her guests, invitees and contractors and the RENTER’s event generally shall have no adverse effects on the operations of AVFRD emergency services. Use of the Premises is limited to the interior of the building except when parking and for ingress/egress purposes. There shall be no outdoor gatherings or activities. Smoking is permitted outside the facility in the designated area only. A violation of this provision shall constitute a material default by RENTER of the terms of this Agreement. (See Exhibits A and B)

Adjacent Properties. Adjacent City and private property and improvements shall be protected from damage and intrusion at all times during the execution of the work embraced herein. Any damage to adjacent properties shall be repaired or replaced by the Contractor at his/her expense and no payment will be allowed thereof. Work shall be carried out in a manner to avoid all conflicts with operations on adjacent properties and access to adjacent properties.

Adjacent Properties. The Town will provide prior written notice to the owners or residents of adjoining property of any activity of Town in the right-of-way that may temporarily interfere with access to or use of said adjoining property. Adjacent Properties. The south end of the producing Daguan Mine open pit is located 500 m north of the north boundary of the Daguan Property. The north northeast trending mineralized structure at the Daguan Mine trends directly onto the Daguan Property. Note that there is no official information on the Daguan Mine even though it is a large operation that has probably mined at least 4.5 million tonnes of rock. Apparently there are only 3 legitimate claims that total less than 1 hectare in the area - the remainder of the mining is unauthorized. At the time of the June visit to the Mine, the author counted 55 trucks and 5 excavators that were involved in the mining process. At the main Daguan Mine gold apparently (judging from the locations of recent excavations) is located within a north northeast striking fault zone, a subsidiary east striking fault zone, a northeast striking fault zone and Triassic calcareous siliclastic sediments. To date the main fault zone has been excavated to a depth of approximately 60 m for a strike length of approximately two kilometers.

AGA's exploration drilling in 2017 delineated deeper ore zones in the Enigmatic and Camp zones and a new shallow mineralised corridor at Mt. ▇▇▇▇▇▇, 4 km to the north.
