Common use of Purpose of Procedure Clause in Contracts

Purpose of Procedure. The Board recognizes that in the interest of effective personnel management, a procedure is necessary whereby its teachers can be assured of a prompt, impartial, and fair hearing on their grievances. Such procedures shall be available to all teachers, and no reprisals shall be taken against any teacher initiating or participating in the grievance procedure.
