Purpose of Review and Approval. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Contract, the School District’s review and approval of any and all documents or other matters required herein shall be for the purpose of providing the Environmental Consultant with information as to the School District’s objectives, goals and educational requirements with respect to the Project and not for the purpose of determining the accuracy and completeness of such documents.
