Pursuant to clause 16 Clause Samples
Pursuant to clause 16. 2 above, the Supplier shall keep full and accurate records of all costs associated with the supply of the Goods to Transnet, in a form to be approved in writing by Transnet. The Supplier shall produce such records to Transnet for inspection at all reasonable times on request and such records may, at Transnet's option, be audited by Transnet or its designated representatives.
Pursuant to clause 16. 9 (Resignation of a Debtor) of the Intercreditor ▇▇▇▇ we request that [resigning Debtor] be released from its obligations as a Debtor under the Intercreditor Deed.
Pursuant to clause 16. 2, the Owner shall be relieved of the 20% (twenty per cent) surcharge if the Owner notifies the Company of the difference in writing no later than 2 (two) months after the date of issuance of the invoice.
Pursuant to clause 16. 1, the Supplier shall be entitled to sell or dispose of such Goods or Equipment or documents at the expense of the Client and apply the proceeds in or towards the payment of such sums upon 14 (fourteen) days' written notice to the Client.
Pursuant to clause 16. 1:
(a) GC+ appoints StudioCanal Holding UK Limited of ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, London W1F 9BQ;
(b) ITI appoints Law Debenture Corporate Services Limited of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇; and
(c) the Buyer Guarantor appoints the Buyer, as its agent for service of process on it in England in relation to any matter arising out of this agreement and the other Transaction Documents.
