Qualification and Timeline. For Tenured Professors, all professional development activities must be completed in accordance with their Professional Development Plans and an annual report submitted to their ▇▇▇▇ or supervising administrator by June 15. The annual report will include a comprehensive explanation of how the annual goals have been achieved and supporting documentation such as grade transcripts, registration verification, activity evaluations and reports, etc. The ▇▇▇▇ or supervising administrator will forward their recommendations regarding successful completion of the annual plan to the appropriate Vice President.

  • Qualification and Good Standing Each Loan Party is qualified to do business and in good standing in every jurisdiction where its assets are located and wherever necessary to carry out its business and operations, except in jurisdictions where the failure to be so qualified or in good standing has not had and will not have a Material Adverse Effect.
