Qualification Testing Sample Clauses
The Qualification Testing clause establishes the requirements and procedures for testing products, services, or systems to ensure they meet specified standards or criteria before acceptance. Typically, this clause outlines the types of tests to be performed, the responsible parties, timelines, and the criteria for passing or failing the tests. For example, it may require a supplier to demonstrate that a new component functions correctly under certain conditions before it is integrated into a larger system. The core practical function of this clause is to ensure that only qualified and compliant deliverables are accepted, thereby reducing the risk of defects or failures after implementation.
