Quality Assurance and Control. 10.4.1. ACRO employ strict quality control procedures and staff undertaking this work are all appropriately trained. 10.4.2. On a monthly basis ACRO can, if required, provide regular management information to the Probation Board of Northern Ireland (PBNI) including: • Number of PNC ‘Names Enquiry’ forms received • Number of PNC Disclosure Prints provided • Details of any cases that fall outside agreed ‘Service Levels’ • Number of issues and/or disputes • Number of International Requests
