Quality of Operator’s Services. 25.1 Operator shall, at all times during the term of this Agreement, comply with all safety mles and regulations promulgated by any governmental authority having control over Operator’s operations under this Agreement at Airport. 25.2 All vehicles, automotive equipment, machinery, appliances, underground installations and other equipment used by Operator in its operations under this Agreement shall, at no cost to City, be maintained in good mechanical condition and appearance and shall be modem up-to-date equipment which shall, at all times, meet all requirements necessary or lawfully required for fire protection and for the enhancement of the safety of operations considering the nature of the business in which Operator is engaged. 25.3 All employees of Operator engaged in rendering the services authorized in this Agreement shall, at all times while on duty, be neatly and cleanly dressed in accordance with the duty being performed by them, and they shall wear such identification and/or device as shall meet with the approval of City. 25.4 Operator shall furnish professional, prompt and efficient service so as not to reflect any discredit on City or Airport.
Quality of Operator’s Services. In performing the Services under this Agreement, Operator furnish the highest standard of professional, prompt and efficient service in accordance with the provisions of the Scope of Services and the Business and Operations Plan.

Related to Quality of Operator’s Services

  • Quality of Services (a) The Consultant shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, and the coordination of all designs, drawings, specifications, and other services furnished pursuant to this Agreement. (b) To that end, the Consultant shall correct or shall revise, without additional compensation, any errors or omissions in its work product or shall make such revisions as are necessary as the result of the failure of the Consultant to provide an accurate, more efficient, and properly constructable product in its designs, drawings, specifications, or other services. (c) The County's review/approval/acceptance of or payment for the services required by this Agreement shall NOT be construed to operate as a waiver of any rights or of any cause of action arising out of the performance of this Agreement. Additionally, the Consultant shall be and remain liable to the County in accordance with applicable law for all damages to the County caused by the Consultant's negligent performance of any of the services furnished under this Agreement. (d) The rights and remedies of the County provided for under this Agreement are in addition to any other rights and remedies otherwise provided by law.

  • Dialysis Services This plan covers dialysis services and supplies provided when you are inpatient, outpatient or in your home and under the supervision of a dialysis program. Dialysis supplies provided in your home are covered as durable medical equipment.

  • Preventive Care and Early Detection Services This plan covers, early detection services, preventive care services, and immunizations or vaccinations in accordance with state and federal law, including the Affordable Care Act (ACA), as set forth below and in accordance with the guidelines of the following resources: • services that have an A or B rating in the current recommendations of the U.S. Preventative Services Task Force (USPSTF); • immunizations recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; • preventive care and screenings for infants, children, and adolescents as outlined in the comprehensive guidelines supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA); or • preventive care and screenings for women as outlined in the comprehensive guidelines as supported by HRSA. Covered early detection services, preventive care services and adult and pediatric immunizations or vaccinations are based on the most currently available guidelines and are subject to change. The amount you pay for preventive services will be different from the amount you pay for diagnostic procedures and non-preventive services. See the Summary of Medical Benefits and the Summary of Pharmacy Benefits for more information about the amount you pay. This plan covers the following preventive office visits. • Annual preventive visit - one (1) routine physical examination per plan year per • Pediatric preventive office and clinic visits from birth to 35 months - 11 visits; • Well Woman annual preventive visit - one (1) routine gynecological examination per plan year per female member.
