Quality of Performance. At any time during the term of the Agreement, if the Director determines the Agency is not performing the Work in a manner likely to achieve the outcomes and indicators established in the Agreement, the Director and District senior administration will meet to develop a plan for corrective action with a timeline to address identified concerns in Work performance.
