Quarterly Call Sample Clauses

The Quarterly Call clause establishes a requirement for regular meetings or conference calls between the parties every quarter. Typically, these calls are scheduled at mutually agreed times and serve as a forum to discuss ongoing performance, address issues, and review progress under the agreement. By mandating these periodic check-ins, the clause ensures consistent communication, helps identify and resolve problems early, and promotes transparency throughout the business relationship.
