Quarterly Programmatic Reporting. The Quarterly Programmatic Report is due within thirty (30) days after the end of the reporting periods (March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31) for the life of this contract. • If a report(s) is delinquent, future financial reimbursements shall be withheld until the Sub-Recipient’s reporting is current. • If a report goes three (3) consecutive quarters from date of execution without the Sub- Recipient reflecting any activity and/or expenditures it shall result in the issuance of a noncompliance letter, and a written justification shall then be provided. o Based on the Division’s determination, the Sub-Recipient shall have thirty (30) days to submit a letter of appeal to the Division. o Sub-Recipients shall only be allowed one opportunity to appeal. o If the appeal is denied, or if there is no response to the notification of noncompliance, the Sub-Recipient’s funds shall be terminated. • If a report goes four (4) consecutive quarters from date of execution without the Sub- Recipient reflecting any activity and/or expenditures, it shall result in termination of the agreement.

  • Quarterly Progress Reports The goal of this task is to periodically verify that satisfactory and continued progress is made towards achieving the objectives of this Agreement on time and within budget. The objectives of this task are to summarize activities performed during the reporting period, to identify activities planned for the next reporting period, to identify issues that may affect performance and expenditures, and to form the basis for determining whether invoices are consistent with work performed. • Prepare a Quarterly Progress Report which summarizes all Agreement activities conducted by the Recipient for the reporting period, including an assessment of the ability to complete the Agreement within the current budget and any anticipated cost overruns. Progress reports are due to the CAM the 10th day of each January, April, July, and October.   • Progress Reporting a) RECIPIENT must satisfactorily demonstrate the timely use of funds by submitting payment requests and progress reports to ECOLOGY. ECOLOGY reserves the right to amend or terminate this Agreement if the RECIPIENT does not document timely use of funds. b) RECIPIENT must submit a progress report with each payment request. Payment requests will not be processed without a progress report. ECOLOGY will define the elements and frequency of progress reports. c) RECIPIENT shall use ECOLOGY’s provided progress report format. d) Quarterly progress reports will cover the periods from January 1 through March 31, April 1 through June 30, July 1 through September 30, and October 1 through December 31. Reports shall be submitted within thirty (30) days after the end of the quarter being reported. e) RECIPIENT must submit within thirty (30) days of the expiration date of the project, unless an extension has been approved by ECOLOGY, all financial, performance, and other reports required by the Agreement and funding program guidelines. RECIPIENT shall use the ECOLOGY provided closeout report format.

  • Quarterly Reporting Within 45 days after the close of the first three (3) quarterly periods of each of its respective fiscal years, balance sheets for itself and its consolidated subsidiaries as at the close of each such period and statements of income and retained earnings and a statement of cash flows for such Person for the period from the beginning of such fiscal year to the end of such quarter, all certified by its chief financial officer.

  • Annual Reporting Within 90 days after the close of each of its respective fiscal years, audited, unqualified consolidated financial statements (which shall include balance sheets, statements of income and retained earnings and a statement of cash flows) for Provider for such fiscal year certified in a manner acceptable to the Agent by independent public accountants acceptable to the Agent.

  • Quarterly Sales Reports The Contractor shall submit a completed Quarterly Sales Report electronically, in the required format, to the Department’s Contract Manager within thirty (30) calendar days after close of each quarter. Failure to provide the quarterly sales report will result in the imposition of financial consequences and may result in the Contractor being found in default and the termination of the Contract.
