Common use of Quiet Enjoyment and Title Clause in Contracts

Quiet Enjoyment and Title. Landlord covenants and represents that it has full right, power and authority to grant the leasehold estate hereunder, and covenants that City, upon paying the Rent hereunder and performing the covenants hereof, shall peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises and all appurtenances during the full Term of this Lease as against all persons or entities claiming by and through Landlord or on account of any action, inaction or agreement of Landlord or its Agents. Without limiting the provisions of Section 16.2 (Landlord's Indemnity), Landlord agrees to Indemnify City and its Agents against Claims arising out of any assertion that would interfere with City’s right to quiet enjoyment as provided in this Section.
