Green Building Requirements. Tenant acknowledges that the City and County of San Francisco has enacted Chapter 7 of the San Francisco Environment Code relating to green building requirements. Tenant hereby agrees that it shall comply with all applicable provisions of Chapter 7, including but not limited to those relating to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification.
Green Building Requirements. Developer hereby acknowledges that the Project may be subject to the provisions of the Green Building Requirements described in Chapter 14A of Title VI of the D.C. Official Code, 2001 Ed., §6-1451.01 et seq. (2008 Supp.) (the “Green Building Requirements”). Under the Green Building Requirements, a residential project with 10,000 square feet of gross floor area or more, including a project with multiple buildings that are part of one development scheme, may be required to submit a Green Communities Self Certification Check List and verification of meeting Green Communities requirements for energy efficiency to the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs as part of the application for a certificate of occupancy.

Green Building Requirements. The Landlord has established tenant guidelines, contained in this Exhibit, that outline tenant’s obligations regarding the design and construction of the tenant's improvements and expectations of sustainability practices after the tenant moves into the Building. Green Building Requirements. The Design Development Plans and Final Construction Plans shall demonstrate how principles of environmental sustainability will be incorporated to meet the applicable requirements of the City’s Green Building Ordinance (Ordinance No. 13040 C.M.S.), as set forth in Chapter 18.02 of the Oakland Municipal Code (Sustainable Green Building Requirements for Private Development) for residential construction development or applicable building use, as determined by the City. The Developers and their design consultants shall work with City staff to develop appropriate sustainable building goals and strategies using the City’s Sustainable Building Guide and Project Management Tool. Principles of environmental sustainability, including substantial use of such green building techniques as energy-conserving design and appliances, water-conserving fixtures, design of surface parking areas with bio-retention, bio-▇▇▇▇▇▇, and storm water filtration features, low-maintenance landscaping, recycled-content building materials and low waste construction techniques, shall be incorporated into the Design Development Plans and Final Construction Plans for the Project. 8.8
Green Building Requirements. Tenant shall faithfully observe and comply with all of the green building requirements set forth in EXHIBIT G to this Lease.

All non- residential projects will be required to meet the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver standard, available online at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. The following additional standards also apply: a) New construction – Energy Star Target Finder Tool minimum score (75) & annual benchmarking with Energy Star Portfolio Manager (See Energy Star websites in “Additional Resources”). b) Rehabilitation– exempt from Energy Star Target Finder minimum score requirement. However, benchmarking with the Energy Star Portfolio Manager, and the Energy Star Target Finder scoring, are still mandated.

  • Operating Requirements Any operating and technical requirements that may be applicable due to Regional Transmission Organization, Independent System Operator, control area, or the Connecting Transmission Owner’s requirements, including those set forth in the Small Generator Interconnection Agreement. Operating Requirements shall include Applicable Reliability Standards.

  • Trunking Requirements The Parties will provide designed Interconnection facilities that meet the same technical criteria and service standards, such as probability of blocking in peak hours and transmission standards, in accordance with current industry standards.

  • Maintenance Requirements The Contractor shall ensure and procure that at all times during the Maintenance Period, the Project Highway conforms to the maintenance requirements set forth in Schedule-E (the “Maintenance Requirements”).

  • Developer Operating Requirements The Developer must comply with the Transmission Owner’s operating instructions and requirements including but not limited to Transmission Owner’s Operation Coordination Agreement, as it may change from time to time. The Developer must comply with all applicable NYISO tariffs and procedures, as amended from time to time. Whether or not the Large Generating Facility is eligible for the Transition Period LVRT Standard set forth in Appendix G will be determined by the Commission. The Large Generating Facility will comply with the Transition Period LVRT Standard pending issuance of an order by the Commission determining the appropriate LVRT standard. For purposes of compliance with Appendix G, the Transmission Owner has determined that the Developer shall maintain the Large Generating Facility in service during a three-phase fault for 7 cycles. Infrastructure security of New York State Transmission System equipment and operations and control hardware and software is essential to ensure day-to-day New York State Transmission System reliability and operational security. The Commission will expect the NYISO, all Transmission Owners, all Developers and all other Market Participants to comply with the recommendations offered by the President’s Critical Infrastructure Protection Board and, eventually, best practice recommendations from the electric reliability authority. All public utilities will be expected to meet basic standards for system infrastructure and operational security, including physical, operational, and cyber-security practices.
