Additional Standards a. Building façades should include a clearly discernible base, body, and cap set apart with different colors, materials, patterns, profiles and/or textures. b. Along street frontages, windows, main entrances, architectural treatments and other primary façade elements should be oriented toward the street. c. New buildings should utilize the Town of Knightdale’s predominant palette of materials (including brick, wood and stone), and should specifically reflect the colors, shades and textures of surrounding development. Glass, stucco and synthetic stucco may be used as a primary material where deemed appropriate. d. High-quality materials should be used for all building walls visible from a public street, parking lot, park or civic space.
Additional Standards. In addition to the standards established by the Information Security Policies described in Section 5.2, Contractor shall implement and maintain the System and provide services in compliance with the following, in each case to the extent applicable to Contractor in performing the Related Services hereunder: 5.4.1. The HIPAA Security Rule set forth at 45 CFR Part 160 and Subparts A and C of Part 164; 5.4.2. The United States Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Criminal Justice Information Services Security Policy, Version 5.6 or current (the “CJIS Security Policy), including, where applicable, signature on the FBI’s CJIS Security Addendum in the form set forth in the CJIS Security Policy; 5.4.3. The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, as amended; 5.4.4. Section 6103 of the Internal Revenue Code and guidance issued by the Internal Revenue Service with respect to compliance thereof, including IRS Publication 1075 or its replacement, as amended from time to time; and 5.4.5. The Oregon Consumer Identity Theft Act (ORS 646A.620 et seq.); 5.4.6. Any other statutes, regulations, policies or directives identified in the Contract; 5.4.7. The provisions set forth in Exhibit F, Part II-State of Oregon Security Provisions, identified in the Contract by the Authorized Purchaser and Contractor as applicable to the Cloud Solutions and Related Services that are the subject of the Contract. 5.4.8. Any other laws, rules, regulations or other legal authority set forth elsewhere in this Participating Addendum or in a Contract. The policies, laws, standards, regulations and other legal authority identified in Sections 5.2 through 5.4 shall be referred to herein, collectively, as the “Security Standards.”
Additional Standards. The REP/RPB member will be held responsible for violations of the Housing Agreement Community Standards and student conduct code. In the event that fraudulent activity associated with use of the ICP Internet Site and/or ICP Programming exceeds two times AOL's average occurrence of fraud for a similar time frame across its credit card transaction activities through the AOL Service (as measured by AOL) (the "Average Fraud Level"), then the Parties shall make such modifications to any and all applicable operations, systems, information flows related to fraud prevention and billing as are necessary to reduce such fraudulent activity to no greater than two times the Average Fraud Level. ICP shall also work with AOL in developing policies (not otherwise addressed herein) that are designed to combat any repeated customer service complaints and to prevent deceptive selling practices.
