Two Times Clause Samples

The "Two Times" clause sets a specific multiplier, typically two, to a referenced amount or limit within a contract. In practice, this might mean that a party's liability, a cap on damages, or a payment obligation is limited to twice a certain base figure, such as annual fees or the contract value. This clause is used to clearly define and restrict the maximum exposure or benefit, providing predictability and managing risk for both parties.
