Radio Communications. Contractor shall ensure that each ambulance is equipped with appropriate emergency communication and alerting devices. Every ambulance shall include the ability to communicate at all times and locations with San Joaquin County receiving facilities, fire agencies, and public safety agencies. Contractor shall ensure that each ambulance unit utilized in the performance of services under the agreement is equipped with emergency alerting devices capable of being used to notify ambulance personnel of response need; and radio communications equipment compatible with communications equipment sufficient to meet or exceed the requirements of County Policies and Procedures. Contractor shall have access to an internal radio communications system including a portable communications link between Contractor’s ambulance crews and its dispatch center. Contractor shall ensure that each ambulance unit utilized in the performance of services under the agreement is equipped with emergency alerting devices capable of being used to notify ambulance personnel of response need; and radio communications equipment sufficient to meet or exceed the requirements of EMS agency policies and procedures. Contractor shall provide technology that allows crews to immediately mark on-scene time using push button technology connected to the CAD.
Radio Communications. If the DISTRICT operates a radio network for staff or security at the campus to which each SRO is assigned, the DISTRICT agrees to furnish the SRO with a transceiver with that capability.
Radio Communications. SRO Provider agrees to supply the SRO with a SRO Provider’s Police Department portable transceiver. If District operates a radio network for staff or security, the District agrees to furnish the SRO with a transceiver with that capability or to authorize the SRO to operate the supplied transceiver on District frequencies if it has that capability.
Radio Communications a) Units from Sumter County, when responding into areas whose primary fire protection coverage is Citrus County will communicate with Citrus County units on radio frequencies identified by Citrus County. b) Units from Citrus County, when responding into areas whose primary fire protection coverage is Sumter County, will communicate with Sumter County units on radio frequencies identified by Sumter County. c) If the radio systems are incompatible for communications with each other; then the units will communicate through the following options: a. National Mutual Aid Network 8Tac91 b. Florida Interoperability Network (FIN), relayed through the Communication Centers. c. Face-to-face communications on scene.
Radio Communications. Each Party operates on a radio system with compatible radio channels. The radio channel for any Emergency Incident will be based upon the location of the Emergency Incident. The Parties will follow established radio protocols.
Radio Communications. The ▇▇▇▇ County Schools Transportation Department shall equip each vehicle operated under this Agreement with a radio properly programmed and approved as compatible with the radio system operated by the ▇▇▇▇ County Schools. The Contractor shall ensure this equipment is functional and properly maintained, and that the Contractor's employees are trained in the proper use of this equipment. Any malfunction or degradation of the equipment shall be immediately reported to the ▇▇▇▇ County Schools Transportation Department so that repairs may be affected. Any tampering with this equipment by the Contractor or their employees is strictly prohibited and may be considered a Material Breach of this Agreement. Contractors are responsible for the replacement cost of any lost or maliciously damaged radio equipment. In the event the radio is not operational during a service assignment due to Contractor error or omission while providing services under this Agreement, the Contractor shall not be compensated for mileage greater than the base miles identified in Appendix 1 of the Agreement or any fuel index amounts.
Radio Communications. Two-way radio communications will be provided by ATN. ATN shall maintain vendor relationships to ensure availability of the two-way communication system. Equipment, training and access to the two-way radio communication system will be made available to CONTRACTOR, whose staff shall be capable of utilizing these methods of communication.
Radio Communications. When Contractor utilizes District’s Fire Department communication system, Contractor shall be required to adhere to Federal Communications Commission (F.C.C.) rules and regulations regarding radio communications. Specific guidelines regarding direct Fire Department (Tucson Fire Department) communications on the Fire Department communication system shall be by directive from the Fire Department. District shall be the authority regarding Fire Department communication system utilization.
Radio Communications. ATN shall provide voice radio communications equipment, services and maintenance for all assigned revenue vehicles, and hand-held mobile radios for Managers. ATN shall provide maintenance of all ATN-provided equipment with the exception of damages and/or repairs resulting from CONTRACTOR negligence, misuse/abuse or loss. In the case of a repair resulting from the negligence of CONTRACTOR, ATN shall perform the repairs and deduct the cost of the repair from the most current unpaid invoice received from CONTRACTOR. Alternatively, with prior written approval from ATN, CONTRACTOR may be permitted to perform the repairs at their expense. Any repairs so undertaken shall be performed to ATN’S satisfaction. If said repairs are not performed to ATN’S satisfaction, ATN reserves the right to perform the corrective repairs and deduct the cost from the most current unpaid invoice received from CONTRACTOR. Whether to allow CONTRACTOR to self- perform any repair shall be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and only allowed with written advanced approval from ATN. A trouble list shall be sent daily to ATN’S Project Manager or his designee (i.e., ATN’S Senior Maintenance Field Administrator) to schedule necessary radio maintenance and generate a work order.
Radio Communications. All agencies will adhere to all Federal Communication Commission and internal agency rules and regulations pertinent to use of frequencies.
