Radio Survey and Certification of Non-convention Cargo Ships Clause Samples

The 'Radio Survey and Certification of Non-convention Cargo Ships' clause establishes requirements for the inspection and certification of radio equipment on cargo ships that are not subject to international conventions. It typically mandates that these vessels undergo periodic radio surveys to ensure their communication equipment is operational and compliant with relevant national or regional standards. By setting out these obligations, the clause helps maintain safety at sea for non-convention ships by ensuring they can communicate effectively in emergencies and meet regulatory expectations.
